What Does it Cost?

Choosing to buy one thing costs us something else. We see that connection clearly when it’s a purchase at a store.

But it’s helpful to see that every choice you make throughout the day is a purchase decision. The question is…What are you buying, and what are you trading to get it?

Scrolling social media costs you time and attention. Getting angry in traffic costs you peace. Going back on a promise you made to yourself costs you trust.

Even if something doesn’t cost money it’s worth thinking about the price tag.  Especially then.
